TIFFIN -- Heidelberg University Baseball was swept in a home doubleheader, falling to Muskingum University, 8-7 and 7-3.  The Student Princes slipped to 14-19 overall, 6-8 in the conference.
GAME ONE   MUSKY 8-10-1   BERG 7-11-2
Teams traded runs in the first, with Heidelberg's run coming on an 
Andrew Pokley single that followed a triple by 
Braedy Limke.  
Down 4-1 in the bottom of the third, the Student Princes added a run on a single by Limke that drove in 
Theo Walsh. 
The Muskies added two in the fifth and the seventh, taking an 8-2 lead. 
Heidelberg plated a single run in the seventh on a catcher's interference call that forced in 
Cort Kramer. 
Down 8-3 in the ninth, Heidelberg fought back. The first four reached for The Berg -- a 
Garrett LaBeau walk, a 
Logan Walpole single, a Kramer walk and a two-run double to left center by 
Kyle Krummen.  A third run scored on an RBI groundout by Walsh. 
Sam Schneider followed with a double to left that scored Krummen and brought HU to within one. Limke walked, bringing up Pokley. He pushed a bouncer up the middle that was fielded on a slide by shortstop Conner Thamann. Thamann sprang to his feet, touched second and fired to first for the game-ending double play.  
GAME TWO  MUSKY 7-9-0   BERG 3-6-1
Muskingum took a 5-0 lead in the third, then added a run in the sixth.  
Schneider broke up a no-hitter with a lead off single in the sixth. He scored when Pokley lifted a home run to right field.   
Thomas McGuire led off the seventh with a home run to left, but Heidelberg would be held scoreless the rest of the way.
