OBERLIN, Ohio – The Heidelberg University Cross Country teams competed at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble on Saturday morning. The Men finished 13th and the Women finished in 15th overall.
Vanessa Shanaman finished in 32nd place out of 211 with a time of 23:36, setting another PR for herself, knocking off 8 seconds.
Maddy McCall came in 91st (24:59),
Lauren Hall trailed in after (25:10), Addie Horner (25:19), and
Emma Hintze (25:46) rounded off the top 5.
Tyler Huff crossed the line first for HU placing 36th (26:29)
Thomas Katsares (27:33),
Trenton Hole (27:35) placed 101st and 102nd and
Adam Scott (28:09) came in 134th out of 223.
The cross country team will return to action on Nov. 1 as they compete in the OAC Championship hosted at Otterbein.
