Career Synopsis
  • The 2023-24 season is Ferri's fourth at the helm of the women's basketball program
  • On June 12, 2020, she became the 10th head coach in program history
2022-23
  • Led Heidelberg to a 2-23 record 
  • Enjoyed the biggest win in her tenure -- a 35-point win over Wooster (80-45, 12/7)
  • Had seven players earn Academic All-OAC honors
2021-22
  • Coached the team to a 3-22 (2-15 OAC) record
  • Guided Lily Sweeney who earned All-OAC honors as she added her name to the record book for most 3-pointers made in a game
  • Led all three upperclassmen to earn academic All-OAC honors -- totaling ten in her trophy case 
  • Mentored a young squad including ten freshman, as they landed on the WBCA Top 25 for their academic efforts -- the first since 2007-08

2020-21

  • Led the Student Princes to a 1-12 record in the shortened season
  • Coached Brooke Beamer to All-OAC honorable mention 
  • Guided six academic All-OAC recipients

2018-20
  • Served as a full-time assistant coach at Christopher Newport University in Newport News, Va.
  • Helped the Captains to back-to-back Sweet 16 appearances in the NCAA Tournament
  • CNU was 50-10 in her two seasons
  • Helped mentor the Capital Athletic Conference (CAC) Rookie of the Year in 2019 and 2020
  • Coached four All-CAC honorees

2016-18
  • Earned her master’s degree while working as a graduate assistant at Springfield College in Springfield, Mass.
  • Helped lead The Pride to consecutive 20-win seasons during her tenure, reaching the ECAC Tournament each year
  • Worked with two New England Women's and Men's Athletic Conference (NEWMAC) All-Conference recipients

2013-16
  • Spent three seasons as an assistant coach at Rhode Island College in Providence
  • Helped guide the Anchorwomen into the NCAA Tournament in 2013
  • Helped mentor two Little East Conference (LEC) Rookie of the Year recipients
  • Coached four All-LEC honorees

Collegiate Experience
  • 2013 graduate of Catholic University in Washington, DC
  • Played in nearly 70 games for the Cardinals over three seasons
  • Won back-to-back Landmark Conference titles (2011-12 and 2012-13)
