2022

2021

  • Helped the defense record 618 tackles, 20 sacks, 14 interceptions, and eight fumble recoveries 
  • Coached Griffin Pendry, co-winner of OAC's Top Defensive Back Award

2020

  • Deftly navigated the tumultuous 2020-21 COVID season, which culminated with six All-OAC honorees on the defensive side of the ball
  • Mentored DB Tramon Wiley to his second consecutive All-America selection (D3football.com) and LB Zach Blackiston to regional honors

2019

  • Oversaw a defense that recorded 750 tackles, 21 sacks, 17 interceptions, and five fumble recoveries 
  • Guided converted DB Tramon Wiley to All-American, All-Region, and All-OAC accolades
  • In addition to Wiley, saw five defensive players earn All-OAC honors

2018

  • Spearheaded a defense that tallied 796 tackles, 27 sacks, and 12 forced turnovers
  • Mentored linebacker Zach Blackiston to All-Region and All-OAC honors
  • Assisted in development of All-OAC lineman Collin Pecoraro

2017

  • Helped the Student Prince defense force 19 turnovers and 35 sacks
  • Guided four players to All-OAC honors
  • Mentored OAC Defensive Lineman of the Year Austin Crow

2016

  • Served first season as defensive coordinator
  • Guided five players to All-OAC selections

2015Jakubcin

  • Helped lead the defensive secondary, which ranked 16th in the country in interceptions with 19
  • Mentored kicker Stephen Smith, who was a 2nd team CoSIDA Academic All-American and a 2nd team All-OAC performer

2014

  • Began his first season as special teams coordinator and continued work with defensive secondary
  • Under his tutelage, HU blocked two punts for touchdowns against Muskingum on 10/11
  • Kicker Stephen Smith set new school record by converting 58 PATs
