TIFFIN, Ohio – For the third year in a row, Brianna Braatz has earned All-OAC Player of the Year honors. For the second year in a row, Braatz has been named OAC Forward of the Year.

She is the only player in program history to earn two Player of the Year honors, and the first to earn three. She is also the first player to be named Forward of the Year since Sarah Williams in 1995.

The Walbridge native tallied 1,170 minutes over 16 games. Braatz led the conference with 13 goals, setting a new career high in a season. The speedy forward averaged .813 goals per game. She finished fourth in the conference for shots, at 58 – 29 of which were on goal. She also added three assists on the season, leading the OAC with 29 points overall.

The Student Princes finished the year 4-13 overall.

Braatz has started in every game over the past three seasons, the only exception being one this season due to illness.

As a freshman, Braatz earned OAC Freshman of the Year, the first in program history.

For her sophomore year, Braatz was named OAC Forward of the Year after finishing third in the conference for goals (10), second for shots (64), and third for points (21).

Braatz will continue her 2026-27 athletic campaign on the track this winter. The dual-athlete finished as the 2025-26 season indoor 60m champion and outdoor 100m champion. The indoor track season will begin on December 4th at the YSU Icebreaker.
