TIFFIN, Ohio – Heidelberg University Men's Soccer Junior goalkeeper, Xochiel Galvan, has been named Second Team All-OAC after his first season with the Student Princes. Galvan transferred from Lourdes University after playing two seasons for the Gray Wolves.

The honor is Men's Soccer first since Sigurd Ilestad earned Second Team All-Conference in 2021.

The Findlay native was quick to make a positive impact on the team, recording a shutout in his first match of the year against Hiram. He went on to earn another clean-slate on the road at Wilmington, tallying a career high 13 saves to do so.

While in goal, Galvan recorded 103 saves, averaging six per game. The Student Prince started and played in all 17 games of the season, accumulating 1500 minutes.
