WESTERVILLE – Heidelberg University Football Player Korbyn Haley was named Ohio Athletic Conference Special Teams Player of the Week this week, his first time earning the honor. 

With Heidelberg down 14-0, the junior Haley took the ensuing kickoff back to the house, a whopping 93-yard return to give the Berg life at the beginning of the second quarter. That return sparked the 30-27 come from behind victory for the Student Princes. He also contributed on the offensive side of the ball, adding nine rushing attempts and a touchdown in the win.

Heidelberg welcomes #2 Mount Union to Hoernemann Stadium on Saturday, October 18. That game is slated for a 1:30 p.m. kickoff.
