TIFFIN -- In a non-conference affair, the Heidelberg University baseball team was defeated by the College of Wooster, 18-7.  In the loss, right fielder Keaton Mark had four hits, including a pair of home runs.  

Wooster put three on the board in the top of the first.  Heidelberg responded with a solo home run to right center by Mark.

The Fighting Scots responded with a run in the second and five in the third.  

In the bottom of the third, Mark blasted his second solo home run of the game.  The missile to right was Mark's team-leading ninth of the year.  

Wooster pushed a run across in the fourth and two more in the fifth, taking a 12-2 lead.  

Cayden Rollins uncorked a three-run homer in the fifth that hit halfway up the trees behind the fence in left center.  

Eric DeVore drove in a run in the sixth, cutting the Wooster lead to 12-6.  

Any hope of a 'Berg comeback left when the visitors plated two in the seventh and four in the eighth.  

Heidelberg hosts Denison on Tuesday, with a 4 p.m. first pitch.
