WTEN: BW bests Berg

TIFFIN -- The Heidelberg University women's tennis team fell to Baldwin Wallace under a bright Tiffin sun on Friday.  The Yellow Jackets took all nine matches, though several of them were wrought with tension. 

At first doubles, Esmerelda Salazar and Jillian Goulet nearly won, falling in a tiebreaker, 9-8 (7-2).  Aline Rojas and Mallory Paul lost 8-2 at second doubles while Gabi Osterman and Bianca Torres fell 8-4 at thirds. 

Torres had the tightest singles match, falling 6-3 6-3 at #6.  Salazar and Rojas each fell 6-2, 6-3.  

The Student Princes return to action on Saturday with a pair of OAC matches at the Lindner Tennis Center in Mason.
