- Season bests: 5K - 21:23.8 at the Jenna Strong Fall Classic; 6K - 25:31.3 at the OAC Championships
2014
- Ran a season-best time of 25:05.30 at the Great Lakes Regional
- Named Academic All-OAC
2013
- Had a season-best time of 26:35.40 at the Oberlin Inter-Regional Rumble
High School
- Four-time varsity letter winner as a member of the Minutemen cross country team
- Added another four varsity letters with the Lexington High School track and field team
- Helped lead the Minutemen to four Ohio Cardinal Conference titles
- Received first team All-OCC honors twice
- Earned second team all-conference honors twice
- Was named all-Ohio and all-district in 2012 as a senior
