Hoernemann Stadium was built around the football field and was dedicated in 2014. The turf was replaced in August of 2018 and the new track opened in 2019.

• The playing surface was renamed Riesen Field, in honor of Pete Riesen, coach of the 1972 Stagg Bowl team
H's Track inside Hoernemann Stadium was installed in 2019 and dedicated in October. The two-tone track is named to honor the late Theodore “Ted” Hieronymus, ’65, a major benefactor and Trustee whose generosity through the years to ensure the future of his alma mater is nearly unequaled. It was the giving of Ted and his wife, Jane (Hoernemann) Hieronymus, ’64, that provided funding for the completion of the turf and track restoration project..
