UNIVERSITY HEIGHTS, Ohio -- The Heidelberg University Women's Wrestling team competed in the John Carroll Open on Sunday, showcasing top performances with top-eight finishes across multiple weight classes. 

At 145, Annabell Hunter led the Student Princes with a strong performance. In the quarterfinals, Hunter won by decision and then in the semifinal, she earned a pin. Hunter ended with a loss for second place 

Maggie Milbery earned fifth place at 160 after pinning Mount Union's Hailey Rose-Caldwell in the fifth place match. 

Adisyn Kramer placed second at 180, Kami Whiteaker placed 8th at 145, and Athulya Nair placed eighth at 180. 

The Student Princes are back on the mats Saturday at the Frostburg State University Bobcat Open.
