WESTERVILLE, Ohio -- Heidelberg University Women's Golfer Brooke Barnes has been named the OAC Women's Golfer of the Week after her record-breaking performance at the two-day Heidelberg Fall Invitational. 

Barnes, a sophomore, captured medalist honors out of 14 teams by a solid three-stroke advantage. On Friday, she set a school record in the first round of the invitational, carding a +1 73, and followed it up with a 78 on Saturday to finish the tournament. 

This marks yet another milestone in what has already been an impressive career for Barnes. She won the OAC Spring Preview in April, and was also previously named OAC Golfer of the Week during the 2025 Spring Season.
