TIFFIN, Ohio -- The Heidelberg University men's lacrosse team was back at home on Friday as Mount Union took down the hosts with an 11-1 victory. 
Heidelberg held the visitors scoreless until 5:40 in the first. They picked up their second goal of the day two minutes later for a 2-0 lead. 
Connor Reese pounded one into the back of the net off of a pass from 
Rayce Septer with 1:06 left in the first, bringing the gap to one. 
The second held scoreless until the last possession when the Purple Raiders snuck one past goalie 
Wilson Runnette for a 3-1 advantage going into the half.
Mount Union held control of the second half as they tallied eight more goals for their 11-1 victory.
Runnette managed 19 saves on the day – tying his second most in a game. 
Jayden Septer led with seven ground balls and won eight face-offs. 
The Student Princes will be back at home on Wednesday for a make-up game against Baldwin Wallace, slated for 7 p.m.
