I chose to attend Heidelberg because of the amazing opportunities it offered and the feeling of home it brought me. As soon as I stepped on campus I knew it was the one.

Heidelberg is unique because of the people. It's not often when you come across genuine people anymore and I feel like Heidelberg is full of them. 

My career goal is ... 
My career goal is to become a physical therapist at either an outpatient rehabilitation center or in the college setting. 

Describe your most unique experience at Heidelberg (top internships, study abroad, etc.) ... 
Heidelberg has lead me to and allowed me to do many things. I learned about the PALS programs, which is a week long camp where you're paired with a person who has Down Syndrome and partake in many activities throughout. I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences of my life. I got to travel across the country and gain a best friend. Heidelberg has also allowed my friend and I to organize a club on campus called Down for Love. Because of our experience with PALS, we were inspired to raise awareness for the Down Syndrome community.
